This Privacy Policy explains how Emorra Group Pty Ltd (ABN 71 697 440 967), trading as Emorra (Emorra, we, us or our), collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information when you visit emorra.com.au, create or use an Emorra account, purchase or return products, contact us, subscribe to marketing communications, enter a promotion, or otherwise interact with Emorra.

Emorra uses a custom-built website and customer-account system. Passwords are securely hashed and cannot be viewed by Emorra staff in readable form. You may request a password reset through the website.

We may send promotional emails or SMS messages where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, following the instructions in an SMS, or contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop necessary service communications about orders, deliveries, refunds, security or your account. We will process unsubscribe requests within the period required by applicable law.

Australia Post and any other courier or delivery company used to fulfil an order. Emorra currently packs and manages orders directly.
Email, SMS, customer-service, review and loyalty platforms.
Analytics, advertising and marketing providers.
IT, cybersecurity, data-storage and professional service providers.
Accountants, insurers, legal advisers and other professional advisers.
Government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.
A buyer, investor or adviser involved in a proposed sale, merger, restructure or transfer of all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Some technology and payment providers may store or access personal information outside Australia. Stripe states that, as a global business, it may transfer personal information to countries including the United States and India.

Where Australian privacy law applies, we take reasonable steps in the circumstances to ensure overseas disclosures are handled consistently with applicable privacy requirements.

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Measures may include encrypted connections, restricted access, authentication controls, monitoring, backups and the use of reputable service providers.
